There should be a "See all bundles" button, and from there you should be able to choose Internet/TV. If you are already in a bundle though, I don't think it lets you drop services. I was able to do a flex bundle with Internet/TV last week from my previous unbundled month-to-month.

It didn't show up as a Double Play bundle

Others have been able to switch to an internet/TV flex bundle and skirt the ETF issue. Then when the phone is billed outside of the bundle, cancel it.
