Tomorrow is the big day here, two birthdays and the fourth rolled in to one shindig. I've been smoking a huge pork shoulder for pulled pork and will also smoke some spare ribs. Others have provided corn on the cob, strawberries, a couple of key lime pies, pasta salads and more. Fun times, life is good. :)

Here at the rusdi house I will be grillin' steak & chicken fajitas, with some grilled onions & peppers. Also roasted corn-on-the-cob with a little garlic, lime butter.

Maybe some baked beans and 'tater salad. For desert, a big slice o' cantaloupe melon.

Drink will be cold beer for the guys, and a pitcher o' Sangria with orange, lime, and lemon slices for the ladies. Youngsters get juice. :)
