reply to Roger_1121 Did you speak to the AUP department about it, or just a customer service representative? If you were suspended for a violation of the terms, you should have been transferred to AUP, unless they weren't open.
And AFAIK they can't NOT let you cancel - you'll just have to pay a contract termination fee.

reply to Roger_1121 Well first, you need to figure out which one of your computers are infected. As you will be terminated by Embarq if it continues as with any other provider. Embarq will suspend accounts for AUP violations which are mainly due to trojoans running in phishing sites on unsuspected customer PC's. Ask to speak to the AUP dept.
