Already paid for itself.

They are owned by 295, which has been around since dialup days... They are routing the calls internally within their own network which is why they can do what they are.. If you use SIP you don't deal with ads, but if you use their softphone, it has ads on it..

But I am not sure if company goes down what will happen to phone or number. I used almost two years before. The support was horrendous. Now the support is far better. Checkout their forums.
