Gotta agree with the others on it being your amp. Many people get these nice new amps and have no idea how to use, set-up or troubleshoot them. Many times it's as simple as opening up the owners manual and looking in the back for troubleshooting tips. Another option would be to go to the support page of your amp's manufactor's webpage. There are many ways you can troubleshoot your amp... I would suggest reading the owners manual. As for Comcast not having any idea what's going on with your equipment, it's not Comcast's responsiblity to troubleshoot your audio equipment or your TV. Start out by swapping out your DVR to make sure it's not your DVR box. Have fun.... |
