I called another store and told them the deal and they said that they would work on it and repair it with the Apple Care warranty. It's setting there now being repaired, or at least I hope so.
Well lets just hope and pray that the tech does not drop dead while working on it..
Even as anti-smoking as i am, i think that is ridiculous..
