[Vista] Upgrade

I would like to take my laptop from Home Premium to Ultimate. My reason for upgrading is for the additional administrative options. My question is if I buy an upgrade through »www.microsoft.com/windows/window···iew.aspx will all I have to do is go into the computer properties and in the windows activation just do the change product key option or will I have to use the dvd with the new key for it?

It seems you need to purchase the "Anytime Upgrade Pack", have them mail you the DVD (and upgrade key), and then spend 60-90 minutes performing the upgrade.
