Sounds like you got scammed.

In addition to the contact sbrook gave you above, I would also contact the Quebec Consumers Union who may also be able to help.

The Quebec Consumers Union has some experience with Telus, Rogers and Bell playing dumb and saying they know nothing about your bills. Should be the same with videotron.
