Underneath the steering wheel, there are two screws. At the top of the console, there are two screws. Also once you get near the radio, if I recall, there is another screw. From there, you pop off the fascia, and you can unbolt the radio.

Now, if you order the radio from Crutchfield, they send you the adapter harness & antenna adapter, and instructions.

Can someone help me find instructions on how to safely remove the dash so I can get access to the stereo receiver without damaging my vehicle?
