In fact, anything going on involving Government could stand some scrutiny anyway. I don't see why the same people who thought spying on civilains was OK "to catch terrorists" are now upset at this move.
If anything this seems more legitimate to me... Obviously AT&T doesn't want to get tagged for any abuses that occur--- such as they being privy to their competitors negotiations with the Government for contracts. I'd worry about that......
