3 edits		 Dave I was seeing exactly the same thing last night. My ping was 1070 with 340 down, so you can imagine what my performance was. Continuous downloading because my up was still 360MB. It's frustrating because there is no alternative to the heavy users except caps to control it. This morning is good but just wait till evening.
