Re: [CATV] Outage in Alabaster, AL Yea, i live in Geraldine, AL and for the past week now i've been getting ALOT of disconnects, like once every 30-40 minutes i'm talking TERRIBLE! I can't even play any games without timing out in the middle of it. There is a tech coming tomorrow hopefully to fix it, oh and my Upstream PWR level has been around 55 for this whole week. I call down and the tech support tells me to unplug and replug, and "You should be good" WTF? You're telling me to do what i do all the time, when the internet gets buggy? And reseting it from their end didn't help either, hopefully the guy checks the lines, and fixes this BS, i'm almost tempted to demand a credit for a whole week's worth of internet. |
