Sure there's MLPPP with multiple lines, but I don't want to buy another modem, a new router, hook up an additional line, pay for another dry loop, only to have Bell block MLPPP next week or otherwise compromise it.
I think Bell could throttle p2p in multilink, bonded lines if they want to badly enough.

BUT - - I don't think they could disable bonding all together and stand up to the law suits that would result.

Clients would be hugely inconvenienced, and 'network traffic management' would not be accepted as justification.

It would be clearly bullying and disabling a communication service people need, want and are paying for.

Class action lawsuits would probably be brought forward if they made this move, and eventually Bell would lose.

Not a lawyer, hate the stuff myself, but this would be clear as mud abuse, imo.
The problem with that approach (and many other large organizations) is that they will throw their lawyers at it until you go broke trying - unfortunate but true a lot of times.

Very true, it's unfortunate that getting justice is so dependant on your monetary means.
