A couple times a week I come on DSLreports looking for some sign that we may get some decent internet service in Toronto (at least 7-10mbit, at least 150gb cap, no throttle, no DPI).
With those requirements, you may as well stop checking a "couple of times per week" and check maybe once per decade.
