show usage on invoice

How hard would it be for TekSavvy to add to the invoice to show how much data was transferred for the month?

Hi,

At this time, impossible due to the fact that our bandwidth server is down for maintenance/upgrades. However at a later date it may be possible, and I will pass it on as a suggestion.

Regards,

Jason

While on the topic of suggestions, I would also like to see contact info for customer and technical support added to invoices, official announcements (such as mailing lists) and other relevant material.

Last time I had an ADSL service outage, there apparently was nobody answering the customer support line and I couldn't find the tech support number anywhere in offline material received from TSI.

That's the bad thing about this reliable of a service, when it DOES go down, you don't have the number memorized because you rarely have to call

@TSI: any chance you could snag a 310 number? Something like 310-4TSI or whatever?

it's cheaper for you to just write the number someplace.

Pfft; 1-877-779-1575. And that's from memory. Of course, I've called them an awful lot due to Bell issues

I just called about my outage not knowing about the 151 fire.

This time I got smart and created a new contact in my cell phone.
Now I've got their number saved.
D'oh.......why didn't I do this sooner.

Hey everybody, enter their number into your cell

I don't get paper invoices and there is 3/4+ of empty page on the PDF they email.
How more would it cost them to email a slightly larger PDF?

You should really read the whole thread before responding. I was commenting on the person who said they need a 310-xxxx number.
