At this time, impossible due to the fact that our bandwidth server is down for maintenance/upgrades. However at a later date it may be possible, and I will pass it on as a suggestion.

While on the topic of suggestions, I would also like to see contact info for customer and technical support added to invoices, official announcements (such as mailing lists) and other relevant material.
Last time I had an ADSL service outage, there apparently was nobody answering the customer support line and I couldn't find the tech support number anywhere in offline material received from TSI. |

That's the bad thing about this reliable of a service, when it DOES go down, you don't have the number memorized because you rarely have to call @TSI: any chance you could snag a 310 number? Something like 310-4TSI or whatever? it's cheaper for you to just write the number someplace. |

I just called about my outage not knowing about the 151 fire.
This time I got smart and created a new contact in my cell phone.
Now I've got their number saved.
