Last time I had an ADSL service outage, there apparently was nobody answering the customer support line and I couldn't find the tech support number anywhere in offline material received from TSI. | |

That's the bad thing about this reliable of a service, when it DOES go down, you don't have the number memorized because you rarely have to call @TSI: any chance you could snag a 310 number? Something like 310-4TSI or whatever? it's cheaper for you to just write the number someplace. | |
