<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1651097"><b>mpeg4eyes</b></A> :  A few weeks ago I upgraded to elite. My uploads increased to 640k, downloads stayed at 2.5m. some of my stats are as follows:<br><br>noise margin  16.0 dn   17.0 up<br>attenuation  39.9 dn   24.0 up<br>output pwr    15.o dn   11.9 up<br><br>connect rate 6016 dn   768 up<br>max conn      9376 dn   1108 up<br>uncancelled echo -18.4 db<br>300khz attenuation  46.2 db<br><br> I had also checked at the NID and the only difference as  downstream attenuation was 38.7.<br>Thanks for your help.]]></description>
