Welcome.

Are you sure you have the Vista machine configured to use WEP and not WPA? That would explain the issue.

You may also want to search here for similar threads. Seems like Vista is giving some people connection grief with wireless.

yea its set to WEB. I even tried to set it to WPA and make a password but even when i entered my password into my xp computer it still wouldnt connect to the internet.
