1 edit | [Newsgroups] To those who don't want to pay a full year in advan Not trying to water down Astrawebs deal at all, however the amount of folks who were interested in pre-paying for a longer period with there deal, but didn't/ couldn't due to any number of reasons, for a full year.....We were matching the price for those who asked, and only asking for 6 months pre-pay, instead of a year. It got to be a pain doing the customized invoicing / accounting for each user that asked...So we will make the offer public for a limited time!
Again, this is more aimed at those who couldnt come up with the cash, or didnt feel comfortable paying so much up front. By the looks of discussions on the web, there are quite a few who feel this way.....Why not cash in on that, right?

| I think the quarterly options are still better than the six month. Things can change fast online, like the rapid response to the Astraweb deal proves. It reaches a point where there isn't much left ungotten and a long term commitment isn't as attractive as it once might have been. Astraweb or even giganews, could be googlenews tomorrow. | |
