 At first glance External-September appears to offer free text-only newsgroup access. This is the first time I've heard of them but will research the project for inclusion on NGR.

Mississauga, ON		 well i just cancel yesterday my server, to many incomplete 200 days nzb, the speed is getting worse everyday, and now i have to way to the end of my 6 month to get a different news-server , i learn my lesson to never sing for more that monthly base
