That's the bad thing about this reliable of a service, when it DOES go down, you don't have the number memorized because you rarely have to call

@TSI: any chance you could snag a 310 number? Something like 310-4TSI or whatever?

I don't get paper invoices and there is 3/4+ of empty page on the PDF they email.
How more would it cost them to email a slightly larger PDF?

You should really read the whole thread before responding. I was commenting on the person who said they need a 310-xxxx number.
