High Latency

Hi, I currently have a very high latency and I don't know why.

Getting average 98ms from google

Do anyone else have that problem?

Location --> Sainte-Foy, Quebec
Regional number --> 418

Thanks

I've noticed a degredation recently, but not as bad a 80+ ms. It looks like Google recently changed something. It is used to go to qb-in-xxx.google.ca a hop or two after the gw-google.torontointernetxchange.net with almost no added latency.

Hop Address Min (ms) Max (ms) Avg (ms) +/- (ms)
1 lo-100.erx07.tor.packetflow.ca (206.248.154.121) 9.19 9.93 9.47

I'm getting a lot of latency on anything going through Tiscali. Seems to be an ongoing thing:
