 | Broadstripe customers can easily be victims of identity thef Apparently Broadstripe in the North West has decided not to implement Baseline Privacy witch leaves customers vulnerable to traffic sniffing on there network. I have a serious issue with a company not using such a security feature that is normally implemented by default. I told them that they should disclose this info to there customers and let them decided if they want to keep the service or change providers. I'm sure you already figured out there not going to do that.
I have been hounding them for the last six months and I have only received one call back to let me know that if they were to enable it speeds would drop so low that customers would call and complain. This only furthers my opinion that they have too many customers on each CMTS and they need to upgrade there equipment. |
