Are you sure that's what you want?
If the 327 is only a modem, and d-link is only an AP, then you don't have a router and can only connect one computer.
I'm thinking that you really want the d-link as a router and AP, with the Westell as just a modem.
If my guess is right, then first turn of wireless in the 327w. Then go to the multiple PVC settings page, and configure the 327w as an unrouted bridge.
After that, connect one of the LAN ports of the Westell to the WAN port of the d-link. If your ISP uses PPPoE, then you will need to configure the PPPoE settings in the d-link. If your ISP uses DHCP to supply a public IP, you might need to call them to release the IP you currently have so that it can be assigned to the d-link instead of to the Westell.
