Old pc worth

How much do you guys think I can get out of this pc. I know it's old hardware, but we are wanting to get rid of this pc for a laptop. We have to clear out some room for the new baby on the way. It's my wife's pc and it has served her very, very well since I built it many years ago. I know I probably won't get a whole lot, but I trust you guys can give me a ballpark figure. Once again, I know it's old, so don't feel bad about your opinions!

AMD 3000+ NewCastle Socket 754, had a Sempron 3000+ (still have) Palmero cpu 90nm, but got her the older 130nm cpu with more L2 cache. Overclocked to 2.2ghz (2.0 stock).
Chaintech K8M800 AGP 8x w/lan/video/sound 3x pci
2 x 1 GB SuperTalent DDR400 Ram
ATI 9600 Atlantis 128bit 256mb AGP Video card DVI/VGA
80GB WD HD w/XPSP3
Wireless LAN card
Soundblater Live 5.1
CD-R/RW Burner
Standard Case (front usb/audio port actually broke off inside the case.) Still has 3 usb 2.0 rear ports.
400W Antec Truepower psu
Acer AL1511 15" LCD Monitor. Fantastic shape, VGA only, 25ms response time. No ghosting.

Everything is in near pristine condition, minus the minor case flaw.

Edit: Tigerdirect's trade-in says $111.00, is that reasonable?
So does gateway's trade in, but they are probably the same service.

Sounds about right.

I'd say $150, $175 tops for the tower without the XP license.

For the LCD, $50 tops.

You can quickly price out parts on Newegg and that would give you good idea on a "similarly" performing new system:
- Antec Solution Series tower (e.g. NSK3480)
- Sempron single core
- Kingston ValueRAM 2x1GB PC2-5300
- 80 GB SATA drive (e.g. WD)
- AMD 780G motherboard
- 22X writer
- Gigabyte/Asus wireless PCI card
