Re: Motorola 2210-02-1002 I just switched to the Motorola 2210-02-1006 that AT&T sent me to replace my old Westell 2100. I had read about the overheating issue on this forum, so I am making sure the modem gets plenty of air circulation. It sits on a wire rack so the venting out of the bottom of the modem is unobstructed and this seems to work fine. I also read here that you can help the modem breathe by turning it upside down.
Other than watching the heat I would have to say that the modem is performing as it should be. |
