How are your levels at the modem if you remove the splitter(s)?

Portsmouth, VA		 lol thats the levels of the modem off the main splitter after it hits the house. Trust me i have my stuff setup the best possible way, and the signals are bad because something on there end somewhere went horriblely wrong.
