Re: Bad DVR? I had this problem a few months ago - the video just dropped at random times, but the sound was OK  . After I got a new DVR, the problem went away.
It could be a timing problem between your exact TV and that exact DVR (just a guess). If they both "meet spec", then there's no problem. If either one is on the hairy edge of spec, then it might stop working intermittently.
Until they fix the firmware, I'd try a new DVR. Maybe you'll have better luck. |
