I tried that, and it did help, thanks Glowduke. What I'm normally seeing when I run a test at speedtest.net is an initial burst of normal upload speed, followed by a sudden crash back to half speed, same with all hosts. What would cause that?
Still no luck retrieving my online account statement after a week of:
"We are making changes to telus.com and are currently unable to process your request online. Please dial 310-2255 for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience."
Telus has supposedly been making changes to the online account system for the last 6 months, resulting in an inconvenient 5-stage double login to retrieve account statements. It looks like their efforts haven't resulted in much improvement so far! Maybe the guy who was working on it went on vacation?  |
