Re: [VA] Cable Tv and internet problems... A tech suppost to be here between 3-5pm today, but as soon as he gets here ima tell him the problem is either at the pole, or farther down the lines somewhere. Because i even switched both splitters outside, and it did nothing. Signals are still weak, and as i said before im very surprised even the modem is working. |

1 edit | well tech showed up around 4pm, and he was here about 15 minutes, but instead of coming up to the house first he went up the pole, then after about 10 minutes up there he came down, put his stuff up, and then came to the door to tell me the whole U is messed up, but didn't give me any info when it would be fixed. Just pretty much told me they are aware of the problem, and it sucks its raining here today.. So i dunno if they will even mess with it today. |
