Curopis Qyestion, Ad Aware

First, hope MOST had a nice,happy but S A F E 4th of July,

Have curious question:

Havem't used ad Aware since installing tuneup utilities 2006-)fon't care for all those extras on the presant tuneup-since orignal works ok)
but

am wondering if AD AWARE does the same thing (cleaning ) as Tuneup utilities or as (not lnstalled) ace utilities?

thanks "J"

AdAware removes malware and adware(crap that puts ads and popups on your computer).
I haven't used AdAware for quite some time now.

I prefer Malwarebytes AntiMalware and SUPERAntispyware.

I would keep SpywareBlaster. Spybot? I don't think you need it if you use SAS and/or MBAM.

Ad-aware has degenerated to a fancy cookie-catcher, IMO.
MBAM, Spyware Blaster and MVPS hosts would be excellent layered protection
