Just curious who your provider is. We have a BB Curve 8330 with Embarq, and although tethering isn't officially allowed, I've heard if you stay under 5GB they don't charge you.

We stay under 5GB tethered and haven't been charged.

clubs:		 With verizon you pay $30 for 5 gigs then some overage charges if you go over.
