[motherboard] Motherboard and cpu

I want to buy a Asus p5ql pro main board with these cpu requirment
Intel® Socket 775 Core™2 Quad/Core™2 Extreme/Core™2 Duo/Pentium® dual-core/Celeron® dual-core/Celeron® Processors
Support Intel® 45nm Multi-Core CPU
Compatible with Intel® 05B/05A/06 processors
The cpu is a
Intel Pentium E6300 Wolfdale 2.8GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80571E6300
Will that cpu be ok with the main board. I am buying this from Newegg and they don't allow refunds on the cpus.

That'll be fine. I recently built a P5Q/E8400 Core2 Duo 3.0Ghz (Wolfdale) system. Your P5QL Pro will work with all the Wolfdale 45nm CPU's.

"Will that cpu be ok with the main board."

yes. If it doesn't list the cpu correctly you can update the bios but it should work.
