I'm starting to think the folks that were with Adelphia will have no due date listed. A few in my neighborhood (that I have asked) also don't have the due date showing. But others that never had anything to do with Adelphia show a due date. At least it seems this way.
I'm used to it, just find it interesting this over look has not been corrected for years...and I know Comcast is aware of it. Thanks for the comments...I'm tossing the towel in on getting them to correct this. I noticed on screenshot that you posted you don't actually owe anything, you current balance due is zero . Does the due date show on prior bills when you actually owe money? -- »www.seabee.navy.mil
No it doesn't. I haven't seen a due date since Adelphia went bye bye and Comcast took over. No matter if I owe money from previous bill, or I'm paid up to date when a new one comes out. Nothing at all shows a due date.
