Thanks for both your replies. I did have a feeling that I shouldn't be giving up, however, it's hard to get through to the right people - on the phone, everyone's giving me the same answer. I don't even know if I should be talking to the ISP I want to go with, or to Bell. I'll try Bell again first. |
