anon posted : recently i've been getting a lot of packet loss from a number of websites (youtube not loading etc.) or web pages aren't loaded entirely (no images). i'm not sure if it's because of my super slow speeds (tested at 384 dl when i subscribed to a 768 dl line).

talked to tech support and just got the "verizon is having issues no etr" response. is there anything i can do?
