Voipo vpanel website work with firefox?

I am trying to enable the telemarketer blocking feature. Per the FAQ's

quote:
To enable/disable the Telemarketer Block feature please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your VOIPo vPanel Account Management Tool
2. Click the "Features" tab
3. In the "Telemarketer Block" Field select the drop down menu and select "Enable" or "Disable"
4. Once selected click "Update"
However in step 3 I do not see a "Telemarketer Block" field. There is a "Tele Block" item on the Features menu below the tabs but no drop-down. Clicking on the "Tele Block" item I am sent to a page where I can include a telemarketer phone number. However nowhere is there an enable/disable button or item.

Is this a problem with firefox or is the FAQ wrong?

When you select the FEATURES tab, the Telemarketer Block dropdown should be the 7th option from the top, and the last one, before the UPDATE buttone.

And yes - that's using Firefox 3.0.11

Do you have any add-ons such as "no-script" or something similar that blocks scripts from running. If so, you'll need to be sure to allow voipo.com or the menus won't work properly.

Are you using Firefox 3.5? You ought to be - it rocks.

It all works fine here on 2.20 and 3.5.

If you still don't see it after following the suggestions above, there could be a browser compatibility issue. I found that certain pages using dropdown lists did not display properly with IE8 until I put that browser into "Compatibility View" for the VOIPo site. Your particular build of Firefox could have similar issues.

Yes I have no-script,. It is set to allow voipo.com

I use a couple of add-ons which have not been updated to 3.5 so I have not upgraded yet.

Disable all addons. Still does not work.

These errors are shown in the error console -

Are there any preferences which need to be enabled?

Good News!

I do not know which preference it was but it now works. I'm off to determine exactly what was the problem.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions and for putting up with me.
