If the default engine is not displaying the page to your liking, you can change the engine by clicking an icon on the bottom left of the browser which will then refresh the page.

Lunascape also has an option where can associate a website or webpage with a particular engine. However it seems like if you select one engine for a page, all future browser activity within that tab will use the same engine.

Note that when you use different engines, the options you have available change as well. For example, the FIND and context menu are not implemented the same. I haven't tested it much. Lack of search from address bar drives me nuts. I don't know if it switches engines specifically for the tab your own, or all.
