The overprovisioned speeds appear to be exclusively those who upgraded to the new tiers introduced 6/22. Rumors of an August Surprise may turn out to be additional improvements.
I think VZ is stress-testing the system with over-provisioned almost symmetrical service prior to making an announcement that they're here to stay. |
