In early March, I also started to experience outages, but afternoon outages, most with DSL and no internet. I can't connect to the DNS server, so eventually the modem puts the connection down. I had no observed outages in the previous 20 months, and my line quality is decent. Three modems and nine trouble tickets later, I still get outages at the same time each afternoon. Good luck!
