They just realized with the 1-year mark from the worst gasoline prices in USA history.. how much more they could be screwing you for, but give it time and poor attention span of the american people and it will happen again. all the while everyone is worried and think it's unfair they can't get the Iphone, but can't fill the $4-5 per gallon price for gas.
as an american public we sure are not that bright. I hate to say that...
