 I seriously doubt you will anytime soon, if at all. When TV was analog it wasn't too hard to modify the existing FM receiver in the units to receive the higher TV frequencies.

Now, unless they start including HD Radio in such radios, there is no digital tuner included, and it isn't an 'added bonus' type of thing.
