Re: Giving Customers More Than They Expect I got fios phone and internet 10/2 in Nov 2008. I heard about the 15/5 increase on BBR. Looked for it on line in my acct mgt center. Said it was 2.00 mo. more. Ok cool. Chatted on line with the vz cust service rep in god knows where...saved all this order documentation and chat session for "proof" later. Guess what 2 days later Im getting 25/25 speeds. Checked numerous speed tests. Now how much do you want to bet I am going to net nailed on fees on this. I tell my self over and over. Leave your vz stuff alone... dont touch it. Nope. I have order something from verizon and sure as hell the order will be screwed up and Ill end up paying thru the nose.. screw ups is what unions do best. So speed is nice but likely short lived once I see how 2.00 mo increase is really 25.00 |
