No, tweaking was not something done for on demand. The system can already handle that and much more.
And Since my triple play is 35/20 I am very happy.
But since I am right now uploading a movie off my camera at 37.5Mbps constantly, I know I have 35/35, which is just amazing, and I hope it stays that way!
