[DISH] Trying to change programming oinline but received error c

Hi all,

I'm trying to change my programming online from Standard (39.99/month) + HD (10/month) to Turbo HD Bronze but the system kept saying that if i do that i'll lose my Local channels. When i went to the Turbo HD informational page it SAYS that one can get HD LOCAL for 5/month?!?!

I'm in the Houston Market has anyone seen this before?

btw: not a big fan of Dish's website as it goes down often and very quirky..

For a change like that I wouldn't even bother with the website. Just call them.
