I was supposed to get a small package delivered,but USPS say's it is unsafe to leave it in the mail box and there are no instructions on what to do ether,because there is no note left 
If it is unsafe to leave the package why not just ring a door bell and give it to the receiver,because i was at home at the time stamp of delivery attempt!

to me the few pennies you might save online isn't worth all the frustration the shippers usually cause.
