Line attenuation indicates you are very far from Central Office about 15,000 feet. I think limit is 12,000 feet for 3000/768 service, less for 7100/768. /tom

ELopes580 join:2001-10-20 Springfield, MA	I thought that too. I figured I would get another opinion as well, never hurts. I guess I'll see what magic VZ comes up with to make it happen. Though I expect either nothing to happen or a phone call stating that I can not be upgrade to the higher speed.
