Is there a reason low profiles 19/2 cutomers pay the same as the standard profiles 25/2.
If you are getting less, shouldn't you pay less? |

| What are you getting that's less exactly? Really the only one I could see complaining are HD customers.
The difference is 19/2 gives you 3SD/1HD or 4SD. If your on 25/2 you get 2HD/2SD or 4HD. The cost of HD service is $10 a month so I guess you could call and ask for 50% off but that's it.
I guess they may not let you get the 18 meg internet on the 19/2 profile if you have TV service. I don't see why they can't since they changed the TOS to take care of that. Basically maxing out our 18 meg internet can affect the TV service. |

| I honestly dont need speeds above 3mb but I do need at least 2 HD streams. I'm trying to see if the Customer Care group can help my situation. If I only get 1 HD stream, features such as DVR and 85+ HD channels become less valuable. One could argue they should have different pricing based on what you actually get. |

| Again how? You get charged $10 for HD no matter the amount of TV's you have. If you don't like it switch. Unless a VRAD comes closer or they come out with pair bonding or another technology your stuck.
I am not sure how the DVR is useless that still works the same just minus 1 HD stream.
I am on the 25/2 profile but I don't pay for HD so to me really no difference in the profile settings. I basically get 4 SD streams. |

| I suppose you have to read the very fine print. Based on their website, "All receivers are digital and ready for high definition TV (HDTV) programming that will deliver a brilliant picture."
It should read, "All receivers are digital and ready for high definition TV (HDTV) programming that will deliver a brillant picture for two and in some cases one TV at a time" |
