Ended up trying my old router and had no problems.

Seems it is the new B1 version of the DIR-825 having known internet disconnection issues. Off again to the tech support for dlink =(

Thank you very much!

drdumont posted : If I missed that point, it is because his symptom sounds so much like the most common complaint about the Actiontek.
snoopy3525 posted : So I'm trying to figure out why i'm having these weird disconnect issues.

I completly followed the walkthrough on how to bridge the actiontec rev E router with my own (Dlink DIR-825) and also have VOD/TV guide working perfectly.

When using my laptop to connect wirelessly to my D-Link, I can browse websites, watch videos, whatever... and I dont have a problem. Seems the connection is perfect and everything works fine with no problem

HOWEVER when I turn on my wired computer (to the Dlink) and go on a website or two(depending on the site, CNN for example) my connection then gets killed for both computers. Also having to reset the routers to regain internet back.

Couple of notes:
-While the internet gets messed up, I am still able to log into the Dlink router (still gives me a normal WAN IP)
-Can also static-log into the actiontec with no problem.

Question is.. why the heck would going on the internet on one of my other wired computers cause it to stop working?
