I can't wait to see the Hidden Millionaires scam hit like that.
But yes, prison time (real prison, not white collar) is needed for these thieves. You stick up a bank and walk out with a couple of thousand dollars, max, and go to jail. You pull this crap and get lose a half year's income and just get right back to it.
